What is Pier 1’s return policy?
If you’re unhappy with a Pier 1 purchase, you have 45 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange it. Members of My Pier 1 Rewards will have 60 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition to qualify for an exchange or to get a refund in its original form of payment. Return shipments can take 14 business days to process. Note that shipping, handling, surcharges, and delivery fees are not refundable. More information can be found here.
How do I make a Pier 1 return?
You can make a return at any Pier 1 store as long as it is within the allotted period. Just bring along the items you’re returning, a valid ID, the packing slip or receipt, as well as your original mode of payment. What is Pier 1’s refund policy?
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment, provided that the merchandise being returned is in its original condition and is returned within the eligible period. For receipts that are older than the return timeframe, a merchandise credit for the item’s current selling price will be provided.
For store purchase returns, refunds will be subject to availability of funds, which means that refunds may sometimes be paid via check from the corporate office. Does Pier 1 offer price adjustments?
Yes. A one-time price adjustment will be honored within 14 days from the time a purchase is made. The original purchase receipt is needed to receive one. Also, seasonal merchandise are exempted from this policy.
What shipping options are available at Pier 1?
Standard shipping is offered which could take 3-7 business days to deliver. Note that large, bulky items or those that might require special packaging may be subject to an additional surcharge. Is there a way to receive my Pier 1 order faster?
Yes. If you’re within the continental United States, quick ship via UPS is available. Orders must be placed by 12 noon (CST) from Monday to Friday and they will be delivered within the next 2-3 business days. Shipping charges will depend on the total value of the order and will be calculated at checkout. Click here for more information.
Does Pier 1 allow store pickup?
Yes. This option is available for most Pier 1 merchandise. Just select Free Store Pickup as the delivery option. They are usually processed within hours and you’ll get an email once the order is ready to pick up. For items that are not in stock, it may take up to 14 business days for the items to get to the store, but will take up to three weeks for orders in Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping and handling fees are free.

Does Pier 1 ship internationally?
No. As of the moment, international shipping is not available at Pier 1.
