When does my Party City order ship?
Most orders received before 3PM (EST) on a weekday will usually get a same-day shipment, holidays not included. Orders placed beyond that will be shipped on the next business day. The same goes for orders placed on a weekend. You can find more details here.

Does Party City ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, just add $10 to the shipping costs, depending on the shipping option you select. For APO/FPO address, just add $5. Note that delivery to these addresses will require an additional business day. Click here for more details.
What is Party City’s return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase, provided that the merchandise is unopened, unworn, in new condition, and in its original packaging. The shipping or store receipt should be present when making the return. Online purchases may be returned to any Party City store.
Note that seasonal merchandise and costumes can be returned 7 days prior to the holiday. They must be unopened and must have a receipt. Beyond the 7 days, only exchanges will be allowed. Click here to read about Party City’s return policy.
How do I process a Party City return online?
To return an item online, print out the return form, fill it out, and include it in the return package. Make sure that items are in new condition, unworn, and are still in their original retail packaging. Include the invoice in the packaging too. Use a trackable shipping option when returning the package and have it sent to:

Will Party City provide a full refund?
For most returned items a refund for the full purchase price is usually provided. Note that the refund will be credited to the same mode of payment used when placing the order.
Does Party City ship outside the US?
As of the moment, PartyCity.com is only able to ship to the 50 United States. They are also currently unable to ship to international locations.
What happens if I have Dropship items in my Party City order confirmation?
Dropship items are those that need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will arrive at a separate date from the rest of the items in the order. Depending on where you are located, it would typically take an additional 3 business days for Dropship items to get delivered.
How long would it take for me to get my personalized Party City favors?
Personalized favors will usually take 7 business days to process. This is on top of the actual number of days it would take to get the item delivered to you. Also, note that personalized items are not exchangeable or returnable.
