Nomatic ships from one of three US warehouses to anywhere in the country. Shipping rates and times vary based on the weight of the order as well as the destination. Totals are determined during checkout.

What is the Nomatic return policy?

Do Nomatic bags have a warranty?
The Nomatic bags and other items are backed by a lifetime, limited warranty against defects that prevent the bag from being used correctly. This warranty does not cover any damages that are purely cosmetic in nature. To make a warranty claim, start by visiting the claim/return center and filling out the form. There are 2 options to consider. First, you can order a simple repair kit which will cost $10 and make the repair yourself. The other option is to ship the item (at your expense) to be repaired. Once the repair is completed, Nomatic will ship it back at their expense.
