Farfetch offers a free return collection service for purchases that meet return requirements. Returned items must be received at the Farfetch partner store or boutique within 14 days from the delivery date. This is also why it is ideal to book a return pick-up within 7 days from delivery to ensure that the item will be returned on time. What is Farfetch’s policy on refunds?
If you have returned an item, a refund will be processed once it is received by the Farfetch partner. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used. Delivery costs are non-refundable. You may also choose to have the refund issued to you as a Farfetch credit. This means that you can use the amount to pay for your Farfetch order the next time you shop.
