Does boohoo accept exchanges?
As of the moment, boohoo does not accept exchanges. You can, however, return items you do not want and make a reorder to replace them instead. You will be reimbursed once your returned items are received at boohoo.

Returning merchandise from the USA is free and refund will take 21 days to reflect on your account. Print out a returns label, attach it on the package, post it off and wait for it to be received at boohoo and you can then get a refund.
