Yes. There is the Buy Online, Pick Up In Store option which allows you to place an order at the online store that you can then pick up from select stores later that day without any additional costs. Note that orders must be placed before 4PM (EST) otherwise, they will be available for pick upon the next business day.

Here are the payment methods accepted at Belk.

Yes. As long as you still have the packing slip or the merchandise receipt, you can return items within 180 days from purchase. The full purchase price will then be refunded to the form of payment you used when making the purchase. However, note that mattresse, rugs, and fine jewellery will need to be returned within 90 days from purchase. No refund will be offered if they are returned beyond the 90-day period. Most credits will be posted to your mode of payment within 15 business days from the time the merchandise has been returned at a Belk store or to belk.com.

Belk offers Standard, Premium 2-Day, and Express overnight shipping. Standard shipping will usually take 4-7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location within the 48 contiguous states. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take around 7-10 business days. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Yes. Customers that use their Elite Card as their only mode of payment are eligible for free standard shipping, whether in store or online.

No. As of the moment, Belk is only able to ship to the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and military APO/FPO addresses.

If you have a Belk account, just login and go to Order Status to track its whereabouts. You can also track its status from the shipping carrier’s website. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information, which you can then use to learn more of the delivery progress. Yes. If you are qualified for free shipping, you can even ship to as many addresses as you want without any charge. Note though that heavy items may be subject to shipping surcharges, in which case, it should be noted before order checkout.

Belk process orders as quickly as possible. You may have a chance to cancel or change details to your order up to 15 minutes from submitting it. For order changes, just call customer service at 1 (866) 235-5443 for charge requests including change of address, cancelation requests, adding or removing items to the order, and upgrading shipping.
