What is The Body Shop return policy?
The Body Shop accepts returns on items for 30 days. Returns can be made in stores or by mail. While it would be easiest to return an item with the original receipt or shipping invoice if that is not available a return can still be made. The refund will simply be the lowest price for that item in the last 30 days.
