Sonix provides free, standard shipping to all US orders over $40. All other orders will be shipped based on the method selected and total amount of order.

Sonix has a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. Customers can email for a claim form for any reason during that time period. All returns must have a completed return form as well as proof of purchase before the refund can be processed. Customers must pay a small fee of $9.99 for a replacement item in addition to paying for the original item to be returned.

To change or cancel your order to Sonix you must email customer service as soon as possible. Once an order is in the packaging stage it cannot be canceled or changed.

An account can be made at the time of checkout but a Sonix account is not necessary.
