What is the Raise shipping policy?
Raise only ships to the US, but not to US territories, APO or FPO addresses. All shipping is free via USPS and should arrive in 3-14 days. All eGift cards should be delivered to the Raise account in 24 hours or less.
What is the Raise return policy?
Because of the nature of the Raise marketplace all sales are final so there are no returns. However, Raise does have a 1 year guarantee that protects against any issue that would keep the card you've purchased from being honored. In addition, any card that you buy and then find no use for can be resold on the Raise platform.
