Case-Mate does ship internationally. All additional fees including taxes, duties and others are the responsibility of the customer and may not be predicted at the time of order.

Case-Mate allows items to be returned for 30 days from the day of shipping. US customers can exchange products while international customers cannot. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, regardless of location.

Case-Mate's rewards program is called Points on Point. It is free to join and you get an automatic 50 points just for signing up. Points are awarded for purchases, interacting on social media and even for having a birthday. The program has three tiers including: The Go Getter, The Hustler and the A-Lister. Each subsequent tier provides additional benefits.

All items at Case-Mate have a warranty that varies in terms of length and coverage.

You cannot make changes or cancel a Case-Mate order once it has been submitted.
