Expect your box to be shipped by the 10^th of every month. The first box you order should ship from the Birchbox warehouse within 10 business days.

Yes. Birchbox offers free returns for Birchbox Shop products within 90 days from the purchase date. Note that original handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. To make a return, contact Birchbox with the order number and the specific items you want to send back. A return label will be emailed to you.

Refunds for returned store items will be processed to the original form of payment used when making the purchase. If you used Birchbox Loyalty Points when making the purchase, they will be refunded as Birchbox Loyalty Points.
