How do Cubcoats work?
Cubcoats transform into a cozy hoodie from a fun "stuffed" character with a simple fold. To unfold, just flip it over and then unzip the back, then roll the hoodie out. Finally, tuck the character inside the hood and you're ready to go!

When will Cubcoats ship my order?
Orders for items that are in-stock take 2-3 business days to process and ship. Orders placed before 5PM (PST) should ship on the next day and orders placed beyond 5PM (PST) should ship two days later. Pre-orders will usually have a longer processing time.
Does Cubcoats offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $65 get free standard shipping which takes 4-5 business days to deliver. Here are the shipping options available at Cubcoats. Standard orders below $65 are charged a $4.99 shipping fee. For expedited and overnight orders, the shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.

Are Cubcoats easy to care for?
Yes! They are machine washable. Just unroll the Cubcoat from a plushy into a hoodie and make sure to empty the pockets. Machine wash it in cold water, then tumble dry it on low to finish washing.
Can I make changes to my Cubcoats order after submitting it?
No. it is not possible to make changes to or cancel an order after it has been placed. This includes changes to the shipping address or size adjustments. Cubcoats is unable to combine separate orders. If the item you ordered is not the right size, return and exchange it within 30 days of ordering.
Does Cubcoats offer international shipping?
Yes! Cubcoats ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and delivery could take up to 8 weeks to complete.
