This depends on the order type and its current stage. Most of the time, you can request for customer service to assist you in canceling an order provided that it is still within the 45-minute window frame from when it was placed. For Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders, cancelation may not be allowed if the order is has been picked up. Orders that have been paid for by a gift card either fully or partially, cannot be canceled. Any unwanted item may be returned to Home Depot in accordance with their return policy.
